Are you referring to the 1:4 version (vario No 4000)? If so then instructions for R22 may help a bit... Will you keep the flybar? Usually Vario swash plate is set that the servos operate in a manner that the swash tilts the way you want to move the helicopter and the linkage from Swash to head corr...

The fuselage kit number is 4700 and the head part number is 1005/47
No flybar, axon controller...

OK so what I see from the manual https://www.vario-helicopter.biz/de/d/manual/1005-47.pdf the inputs are offset for 90 degrees. I HAVE NOT set up this head myself so this is just speculation. There are four servos... you should just connect them to Axon in accordance to the diagram...
