U.S. Army career as a Helicopter mechanic (3 years) and then Helicopter Pilot (17 more years).
After the Army I did 28 years as an Airport Manager of a Part 139 Commercial Airport.
Retired in January 2024 and have been enjoying my building and flying of my helicopters and airplanes.
I got into RC Helicopters way back in the day when Heli Boys were the helicopter of choice (1984).
I have been in and out of the hobby due my busy job/life choices, but now I am enjoying the hobby again.
