Are the horizontal stabilizers molded into the tail fuselage? I don't see any seams or anything.

Same question, I'm building my first one same model. Do I cut the stubs off the boom or cut out the stabs to fit the stubs. Or cut out the bottom side of the stab to fit the stubs. Almost makes the most sense.
